Membership, Billing & Refund Terms

1. Plans

• Free: new jobs appear after a 12-hour delay; up to 10 quotes per week; 1 seat; no directory contact reveals.
• Professional: EUR 19 per month or EUR 190 per year. Jobs appear instantly, unlimited quotes, directory contacts, 1 seat.
• Business: EUR 49 per month or EUR 490 per year. Everything in Professional, 3 seats (extra seats EUR 9 per month or EUR 90 per year) and the Tender Feed included.
• Tender Feed add-on for Free and Professional: EUR 29 per month or EUR 290 per year.
• Job unlock: EUR 1 one-off per job to quote on it after your weekly quotes are used up.
• Posting jobs is free for everyone. The current prices on the Membership page apply at the time you order.

2. Payment and renewal

Payments are processed by PayPal (including card payments through PayPal). Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period, at the price then in force, until cancelled. We will tell you about any price change at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal. Yearly plans are paid in full in advance.

Prices are shown in euros. Taxes such as VAT are added where they apply and are shown before you pay.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time on the Membership page in your dashboard, or in your PayPal account. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your paid features stay active until the end of the period you already paid for. Past periods aren’t refunded, except as set out below or required by law.

4. 14-day right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU, EEA and UK)

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from a new subscription within 14 days of ordering without giving a reason, by opening a support ticket (topic “Billing and membership”) with a clear statement that you withdraw.

Because paid features start immediately, you ask us to begin the service during the withdrawal period when you order. If you withdraw, we refund the amount paid minus a proportionate amount for the days already used. One-off job unlocks are delivered immediately. By buying one you agree that the withdrawal right ends once the job is unlocked.

Refunds are made through the original payment method within 14 days of your withdrawal.

5. Business members

If you buy for a business, the withdrawal right in section 4 doesn’t apply, but you may still cancel at any time as in section 3. On request we issue invoices that show your business details.

6. Failed payments and chargebacks

If a renewal fails, paid features may pause until the payment succeeds. Please contact support before opening a chargeback. We will usually fix billing issues quickly.

7. Changes to plans

We may change plan features or prices for future periods. If a change is materially worse for you, we will notify you in advance, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
