Directory & Association Listing Terms

1. Free listing

Associations, unions, institutes, university departments and similar non-profit or professional bodies may list their organisation free of charge. Every listing is reviewed before it goes public. We may decline, edit for formatting, hide or remove listings that are inaccurate, inactive or break our policies.

2. What you confirm

• You are authorised by the organisation to create and maintain the listing and to upload its logo.
• The information is accurate and public. Only publish contact details that the organisation wants to be public. Declared member numbers and founding years are self-reported and shown as such.
• Jobs you post or exchange through the Partner API are subject to the Partner API, Job Feed & Tender Feed Terms.

3. Licence and removal

You grant us a licence to show the listing and logo on the Platform, in search results and in promotional material about the directory. You can edit or remove your listing at any time from your dashboard or by support ticket.
