Partner API, Job Feed & Tender Feed Terms

1. Access and keys

• API and feed access is granted after review. Each partner receives its own key. Keep it secret, use it only for your own organisation, and tell us immediately if it may have leaked. We can rotate or revoke a key at any time.
• Respect the documented rate limits and caching guidance (for example, feeds are cached for 5 minutes, so checking every 15–60 minutes is enough).
• Requests and support for partners go through our support ticket system.

2. Jobs you send us

• Send only real, open, lawful jobs you are authorised to publish, with accurate details and a closing date where one exists. Close or remove jobs promptly when filled.
• You grant us a licence to display, format and distribute the jobs on the Platform, in job alerts and to our feed partners. We keep the job text as you published it.
• Applications are returned to you automatically after our review. You receive the applicant’s personal data as an independent controller, only to assess that application, and you must handle it in line with applicable data-protection law and delete it when no longer needed.

3. Jobs you receive from us

• You may show our jobs on your own site or board with the Apply link exactly as provided (it carries the tracking needed to credit you). Don’t change job content in a misleading way or show a job after it has left the feed.
• Attribute jobs to TranslatorPub where your layout allows.

4. Tender Feed

• The Tender Feed collects public procurement notices for language services from official open-data sources, including the EU’s TED, UK Find a Tender and Contracts Finder, the World Bank, EU Funding & Tenders and CanadaBuys. Their licences allow reuse with credit, and each notice shows its source.
• Notices are shown in their original language as published. They are for information only. The official notice and its documents always prevail. Check deadlines and eligibility with the contracting authority.
• Access is personal to the subscribing organisation’s seats and may not be resold or republished as a competing feed.

5. Suspension and liability

We may suspend access for misuse, security reasons or breach of these terms. Feeds and APIs are provided “as is”. The limitation of liability in the Terms of Service applies.
