Master of Science in Applied Mathematics and Physics, Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, covering Computer Science, Operations Analysis, Control Theory, and Applied Mathematics.
CAREER CHANGE
Over thirty years of control of all aspects of software and software/hardware integration projects, including specification, design, coding, integration and testing, as well as training and organizing personnel. Writing of manuals and explanations in Swedish, English and Portuguese. Experience in a number of countries, including the U.S., the United Kingdom, Sweden, Canada, Angola, Singapore, Zambia, Sudan, Thailand and Germany.
Over the last 10 years, I have gradually moved on to doing translation/linguistic work, and I have done projects for Transperfect Translations in NY/London, ParkIP in New York, Kantor Traduction in Paris and many others, both agencies and end customers such as Handelshögskolan (Stockholm School of Business) in Stockholm. As of now, I will focus entirely on language work.
