I am an English, Spanish, French, and Haitian Creole translator/interpreter based in Port-au-Prince.
After 5 years of experience in the academic sector and 3 as a telemarketer in a customer care representative, I have started full time as a translator/interpreter. I am proactive, detail oriented, self-motivated and deliver every assignment on or before time.

Currently working as a volunteer with Technology Exchange Lab (January 2013 to date). Proofreader and translator.
Worked as a volunteer with Haiti Behive (April 2012 to July). Writing articles on a variety of topics.
Worked as a translator with WWO (Worldwide Orphans Foundation) (August 2011 to March 2012). Overall translation of all documents and training support materials. Interpret in meetings and training presentations.
Worked as a Customer Care and Technical support representative for ACS (Affiliated Computer Services ( June 2010 to April 2011). Provided an outstanding assistance to customer who needed to fix a specific problem, change a feature or simply ask a question.
Worked as a salesman in Nearshore Call Center. Among the top 10 performers in conducting surveys and closing sales (October 2008 to May 2010).
Managed a computer and Multimedia access center for the Campus Numérique Francophone de Port-au-Prince, Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie (2003-2008).
