My job description included: - traineeship and professional examination in electronics – and independent development; - managing automation of blasting lines; - independent programming; - line testing 1991 – 2002 full time teacher at TŠC BRANKO BRELIH and elementary school Dorenberk where I had to take additional examinations for andragogical teacher education, and I am therefore qualified to teach in elementary school and high school and any other educational centres a part from Universities from 19.3.1992. During this period I have led practical classes in electronics, I have thought Mathematics, Physics and Computer science. I tried to teach my students how to use computers in connection with other subjects. I have also organized local and national school competitions in all 3 previously mentioned areas. Other teachers and myself were also participating in other projects connected with education like, using different approaches and motivational methods to improve learning and also we were trying to implement new school system without it affecting the knowledge our students got. 2002 – present: I have worked as full time employee in various casinos where I was a head of a casino. Now I am working full time as a head of an online casino. These jobs required an additional license for working in a casino (required by law). I had to improve and organise different working processes in a casino; - communication and professional cooperation with our government is also required (UNPIS); - employing different employees and educate them where and when necessary; - purchasing additional equipment and gambling machines for casinos, which included IT; - independent managing of a restaurant and hotel that were a part of a casino; - knowing valid law for gambling, accounting and other legislation I might need in the process; - managing employees and trying to motivate them in their working environment; - consulting in advertising; - managing different project, from simple ones to expanding casino and adding a hotel; - analysing processes for online gambling and trying to coordinate it with Slovenian legislation; - working closely with SIQ; - opening of a first Slovenian online casino; - developing future plans for online casino which includes the future strategy and I also participate in strategy development in Casino Kobarid.
