Artículo 1. El presente Reglamento, en aplicación de las prescripciones de la Constitución Política del Estado, la Ley General del Trabajo y su Decreto Reglamentario, el Código de Seguridad Social, Decreto Supremo No 28699 de 01 de mayo de 2006, Resolución Ministerial No 551/06 de 06 de diciembre de 2006, Resolución Administrativa No 651/07 de 27 de abril de 2007, y demás normas vigentes y aplicables de la materia, regula las relaciones entre la Empresa y los Trabajadores que en condiciones de dependencia y subordinación prestan servicios en ella por cuenta ajena a cambio de una remuneración, reglamenta los derechos y obligaciones de ambas partes, protege a los Trabajadores y garantiza el desenvolvimiento del proceso laboral.
